NIBL Sucks!
![]()
Who doesn’t agree with me??
- Nepal Investment Bank has the worst ATM machines which go down again and again giving you extra headache instead of money.
- They have very bad customer care service (except few one
) - They regularly change software of e-banking making us to go there again, and again, to get new password.
- Their e-banking uses only Internet Explorer, thus making me feel like being in late 90′s. Even the password has to be made from all: letters, digits and symbols: resulting hard to remember password.
- As a whole, they suck.
If you agree : you are in right side. If not you know who you are.
Do i need to put it in words?
I wonder how they get: Banker’s Awards. Do you thinking what am i thinking: BRIBES?
It sucks big time!
it totally sucks. go to any branch n see the queue.. it takes atleast one hour to cash a cheque. if somebody’s givin me nibl cheque, i try hard to take the cash instead.
K garne??? feri name chahi uskai thulo re…. Kam sam kei chaina…. JPT
You post lekheko bholi nai maile dukha paye…thank god, my friend came as savior
Yeah, It really sucks. that is the reason to closed my NIBL acc. then I have created acc in Laxmi bank, but that also sucks. ATM should be work 24 hrs but their ATM works hardly 10 hrs
. but I really appreciate their iBanking comparing with nibl.
Yap, you are absolutely right and it happens only in Nepal that 24 hr banking is available only for 10 hrs a day. NIBL, Laxmi, Nabil and even StanChart are the same in terms of rendering e-banking or ATM services.
ATMs are okay. Atleast in King’s way branch. eBanking sucks big time. In the past year, they have reset passwords two times needing to go and reset. Very rude password complexity requirement needing all sorts of symbols. And THE WORST THING – eBanking now does not work from my mobile browser. It only works in IE and that REQUIRES JAVA (Java!!?? Yes Java the dying add-on of the Internet world). What the heck!!
haha you feel so?? Even at King’s way, once i had to try 3 or 4 ATMs….they were not working at all…since there are 7, thank god one of them worked. And about internet banking, you are so true. They constantly make u to travel to bank (as if we love them so much) for password or sth like tht… dunno why instead of simplifying banking, they are bent on making it so complicated… Sigh!!
I think those of you who are reading this article also should read two articles on these links. I’m always fade up of Nepalese ATMs:

I’ve been studying about Nepalese worst banking scenario, btw.
