I was following up the international media’s reporting on Nepal turning to Republic and India’s NDTV’s homepage news attracted my attention. It has mentioned that:
Britain, Nepal’s former colonial ruler, sent its congratulations after the assembly’s first session.
What does this bold line means? Are Indian media unaware of the fact that Nepal has never been ruled [...]
Did Britain rule us?
