Good lord, sometimes we get addicted to something and worst part is we can’t stop. Some people get addicted to alcohol or tobacco. And today I got this chat addiction. I had deadline over my head, and even had meetings but still I was so addicted to chat with my friends. I somehow managed to take time for chatting or why don’t I say, for work.
Sometimes I wonder, if there has been no technological advancement, how our life would have been. Many people have debate over technical advancement whether it helped us or killed value of relationship. Many people feel instead of writing email, writing mail (letters) gives personal touch. But one thing is sure; it has brought two different worlds together. I am talking with my friend who is in Australia and yet same time knowing the score of India vs. Australia (Thank God, Aussies lost!). In all between, I am loosing my patient of work and being focused on what’s going here or there. If there has been no technical advancement, If (the big if), I wouldn’t have been so unfocused. If I wouldn’t have, then I would have met my deadlines. May be whole things lies in all “If” and “But”.
But technical advancement is not enough for us. Come on, still it can’t predict when earth gonna be shaken and we fall apart. Still it can’t read next people’s mind. If only we could!! (Again same If comes).
