Sometimes life just seems so incomplete despite you have got all you want: your loved ones, your friends, good job and the list go on. Why I am saying this, because there’s no one to express your inner feelings truly. Yes our loved ones are there to listen to every shit of us and are supposed to help us out. But what if the problem is they themselves are.
Everyone at some point in their life has felt so irritated and frustrated to their loved ones and there’s no word to explain how you feel. And the worst part of problem is, you can’t express how you feel. You express your honesty, and then all bases of your relations falls like Twin-Tower did on 9/11. To avert the collapse of relationship, we lie everyday. So I wonder sometimes to myself how honest are we?
And I know how you girls feel about we, boys. You feel boys are the most dishonest ones. But are we only? Isn’t everyone dishonest on relationship? Doesn’t everyone lie their true feelings to express their politically correct outer expressions?
It’s not that we want to be the honest one. Every time we promise to ourselves, Boy I am gonna be honest in relationships and we break it again and again. Are our bases of relations so fragile? Sometimes I have to lie so many times, I feel so bad about myself. I want to be honest in my relationship but my relationships have turned to trash just for being honest.
And again, there’s another term for being honest: JUDGEMENTAL which is pretty bad I guess. But my question is who doesn’t judge? We judge everything from Britney’s state to potato-out-for-sell-in-shop. We all have opinion on everything. But when you express your opinion on politics or sports or entertainment, its accepted even supported but when you express your opinion on relationship, man you pulled problem to yourself. Why is that?
So now there’s urgent need to change the proverb “Honesty is the best policy” which I believe has lost its meaning. We don’t need to change much to fit in today’s world. Just add DIS in front of Honesty, and it suits everyone. I wonder why no one has taken initiative for this.
